We now have a vacancy for a Band 3 NMP Administrator to work at Butler Green in Oldham. The post is part time, 15 hours per week.

You will provide an efficient and effective range of clerical and administrative services to support the Non-Medical Prescribing Lead for Oldham Community Services and within the department.
- Provide the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, on behalf of the NMP Lead and Community Services, using judgement to establish the validity and priority of the contact and direct calls accordingly.
- Support other administrative and clerical staff employed within the department.
- Participate in the development of office and administrative practices to continually improve service delivery.
- Prioritise own workload.
- Respond to and act independently to routine enquiries and correspondence associated with prescribing.
- Communicate difficulties or problems immediately to an appropriate member of staff.
- Input details onto SystmOne and appropriate database.
- Maintain the electronic filing systems and ensure all details are up to date.
- Assist with the induction training of new employees to ensure an effective office system is maintained.
