Process Inspector

We are a manufacturer of orthopedic components/materials manufactured to high specifications for the medical industry. Our main focus is to supply high quality medical products to exacting customer and international specifications, supported by our technical department which is capable of testing polymeric materials to the highest standards. We are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals to join our DCM Department.

**Key Accountable Areas**:

- Inspection and measuring of medical DCM components
- Conducting visual tests on medical components, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- Working towards client-specific and high-quality production
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to
- Ensure that all products are thoroughly quality checked

**Required Qualifications/Knowledge**:

- 3 GCSE’s preferably grade C or above or equivalent qualifications
- Computer literacy
- Good manufacturing practice
- Detailed inspections
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret specifications (preferred)
- Previous experience in a factory / manual role

**Hours of Employment**:

- Early Shift Monday to Friday - 06.00 to 14.00 including breaks
Back Shift Monday to Friday - 14.00 to 22.00 including breaks
- Due to the nature of the work, you may be expected to be flexible with regards to working hours and breaks to enable the best efficiency and utilisation during the daily period
- Duties and hours may vary dependent upon workload
