**Description**

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

- Providing advice and guidance to managers around the organisation on various HR policies and procedures
- Supporting with complex employee relations casework
- Updating and amending HR policies in line with current employment legislation
- Supporting the recruitment team
- HR project work.

**Profile**

The successful HR Advisor must have:

- HR Advisory experience
- Experience of working within education would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be adaptable, flexible and proactive.
