Job Overview

As a key member of our bar team, you will play a pivotal role in our service experience, smashing out customer orders, whipping up tasty cocktails, pouring perfect pints and assisting in keeping the bar running smoothly and efficiently. Your role is integral in contributing to the overall success and reputation of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Cocktail and Drinks Preparation_
- Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails and other beverages, adhering to recipes and service standards to ensure consistency in taste and presentation across the board.
- 2. Customer Service_
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all customers, greeting guests warmly, making orders accurately, and engaging with customers where necessary to enhance their overall experience.
- 3. Bar Maintenance_
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stocking bar supplies, cleaning equipment and utensils, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, garnishes, and barware etc and communicate any restocking needs to management.
- 4. Team Ethic_
- Work efficiently and effectively with all other venue staff to ensure smooth service operation during shift. Communicate with servers to fulfil orders efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- 5. Training and Development_
- Maintain a high degree of venue product knowledge and specifications for the establishment to ensure consistency of service offering output that meets expected venue standards.

Essentials Skills
- Proven experience working as a Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail led bar or restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, preparation techniques and drink presentation.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong can-do attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a busy setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Relevant certifications or training in bartending/mixology are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 45 per week
