We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Content Executive, to be responsible for the content displayed on our channel partners’ websites, executing the advertising campaigns on the marketplace platforms and analysing and optimising performance continuously.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily site maintenance, ensuring content and product listings (new and current) and promotions on our channel partner platforms deliver a premium customer journey and all published products and images are accurate, consistent, searchable, and categorisedcorrectly.
- Creating marketplace specific content, for example keywords, metadata and rich product content (e.g. Amazon A+ Pages and Wayfair Waymore Content)
- Championing our paid media advertising, analysing the performance of each campaign and seek to improve our return on advertising spend.
- Assisting in the preparation of the daily/weekly/monthly reporting regarding agreed key performance indicators.
- Supporting the Ecommerce Channel Manager with relevant insights into digital shopper behaviour to optimise overall channel and marketing campaign strategies.
- Setting up and managing promotions in line with the channel partners activity calendars.
- Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure promotions are well merchandised and drive a positive uplift in sales.
- Briefing the design team to create/enhance images and content.

**Experience, Skills and Attributes**
- Has a positive attitude, and an aptitude for learning - you’re curious and ask questions to ensure that you understand fully, and make suggestions where you see fit
- Capable of analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends or inefficiencies to achieve effective results in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel to deal with and process data sets to achieve the above
- A keen eye for detail to improve the customer journey and help create comprehensive content for product pages
- Keen on improving product performance
