**Company Profile**

A very credible and extremely successful construction company and labour provider, operating within the building and rail industry.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:30. (37.5 hours per week with a paid lunch break).

Reporting to our head of accounts and will primarily be responsible for the following tasks;
- Receive time sheets from construction teams and generate Payroll spreadsheets for subcontractors and staff
- Upload purchase orders and invoices onto SAGE
- Ensure contractor and staff payments are made with correct hours and pay rates
- Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
- Resolve payroll problems (e.g. overlooked bank holidays, late payments, etc.)
- Answer employee/contractor questions concerning payroll
- Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
- Keep track and chasing payments from clients
- Update general ledger and payroll files

**Essential skills**
- Be highly proficient with SAGE accounting software
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Have ability to work unsupervised and manage your own day to day activities
- Possess exceptional attention to detail skills
