Day to day Duties will include:

- Greeting customers and provide excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders, offering recommendations and upsales at the table.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front end operations
- Working behind the bar, making drinks including cocktails and coffee.
- Running the pass & communicating with both front of house and back of house
- Plating up desserts

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices is a plus
- Familiarity with operating cash registers and handling cash transactions is desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
