**Job Summary**:
Are you currently working in customer service, hospitality, warehouse, or administration, and looking to elevate your experience in this area? If the answer to the above questions is yes, read on.

You and the team will be responsible for the receipt, picking, and distribution of materials to meet customer demands by utilising industry-leading inventory management systems to track usage and continually optimise stocking levels.

This role provides a critical service to the customer packing lines ensuring the operators have what they need when they need it to ensure no downtime in the packing process.

Please note, this role involves some management of documentation, so we are looking for someone confident in performing admin tasks with a high level of attention to detail.

**Working hours**: Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm (or 8 am - 4 pm) with some flexibility

**What we’re looking for**
- ** Education**: A levels or equivalent
- ** Experience**: Previous experience working in a GMP environment is highly desirable
- Previous experience in document management is highly desirable
- ** Collaboration Tool**: Exposure to stock ordering and warehouse management software is an advantage

- You already live in Macclesfield or can easily commute

- Acting as a Point of contact for customers, actively engaging with them regularly to understand their business requirements
- Liaising with customer procurement, materials management, and external suppliers to leverage the best price, and proactively manage stock
- Archiving of documentation and data entry using software like Excel
- Minimising overstocks and removal of obsolete consumables
- Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and updating of relevant documentation
