**Job description**
Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint 3 x Cover Supervisor to join our academy as soon as possible, on a permanent, fulltime basis.

**Your new role**
- As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide supervision of pupil learning within the academy. You will need to respond to questions, generally assist students to undertake set activities and uphold standards of behaviour in the classroom. In addition to cover needs, you will be required to work alongside teaching and classroom-based staff to provide general support for departments. This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the academy/school. It is important for you to be ICT literate and competent in using a variety of software packages.

**Results**
With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2023 78% of pupils secured a Grade 4+ in English and Maths and 55% achieved this at grade 5+. Across the board 76% of pupils achieved grade 4+ in five or more GCSEs and our progress score was +0.2 placing us above similar schools nationally.
-A level students in our high performing sixth form achieved a 100% pass rate in 2023, with the average A level grade a B-, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
