Butchery and Bakery Management Trainee

**Job description**

We are a friendly family business and due to retirement we have an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic person with ambition to grow both their career and earnings potential with us in our Helmsley Deli-Bakery / Butchers.

The role will initially be approximately a 50/50 split working between the busy Bakery/Deli Shop and the Butchery Counter. Basic Butchery skills would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.

Starting rate of £24,500 moving to around £25,500 on completion of training.

Normal working week of 5 days with a regular full day off working around 40 hours per week. Includes most Saturdays and occasional Sundays, but also includes a Saturday off rota.
