**NetSuite CRM Consultant**

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Creative approach to finding solutions that will improve processes and systems, bringing advanced concepts and future direction.
- Provide guidance and specialist knowledge to ensure that native system capabilities are used wherever possible.
- Utilize business analysis skills to gather and document requirements to deliver technology solutions working with a variety of internal and external resources.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with in-house teams through effective communication skills, both written and oral to understand business requirements and provide solutions in NetSuite.
- Provide leadership in maintaining data integrity and best practices.
- Work with integration tools and processes to assist with managing data integration between NetSuite, web portals and SaaS.
- Regular knowledge transfer to the Information Systems team through training and documentation.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years with NetSuite CRM in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of the NetSuite Oracle database, administration, configuration, workflow, custom data fields and reporting.
- NetSuite Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of the governmental, public of non-profit sector preferred.

**Job Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years with NetSuite CRM in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of the NetSuite Oracle database, administration, configuration, workflow, custom data fields and reporting.
- NetSuite Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of the governmental, public of non-profit sector preferred.

**Rate Of Pay**

**£600 / 700 depending on the expertise.
