Towerhill Kia are a family owned and run business in Chipperfield, within 5 mins of M25 J20, established for over 30 years with our franchise partner, Kia. With our continued success in both sales and aftersales we are a busy growing dealership and are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing automotive brands in the UK, known for its progressive product and industry leading 7 Year Warranty.

Our Aftersales department have a wealth of experience of Kia's products and form an important part of our team. We deliver a high level of performance and customer satisfaction, with all members of the team contributing to our continued success.

**Key role and responsibilities**:
Taking Aftersales enquiries, including booking service work, MOTS, and warranty and repair work.

Greeting customers to the business and understanding their requirements.

Consulting customers to make appropriate recommendations of our cars, products and services.

Effectively manage workshop diary and provide communication with our customers to keep them informed whilst their vehicle is with us.

Deliver Family like Care in every customer experience

**Relevant experience and qualifications required**:
Previous Aftersales experience, ideally within a main dealer, preferred but not essential.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer facing role essential.

Full driver’s license.

**Development and training**:
You will be enrolled in the Kia Academy and given a development plan to achieve your full potential. Your development plan will give you the relevant training to enable you to excel in the role and to achieve and maintain our high standards.

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 8am-1.00pm.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
