**Logistics Coordinator**

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are currently recruiting for a Logistic Coordinator to join our amazing Transport Team.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination of Beavertown Brewery’s national and international transport requirements, including the delivery of top-quality service to all stakeholders, resolving operational issues and log data effecting invoicing and SLAs. This will be a cross functional role, taking on some responsibilities within the 3PL Stock and System’s remit.

The success of this role will be measured by the optimisation of our 3/4PL performances.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Coordination of all national and international transport requirements/bookings.
- Timeous updating of transport schedules/trackers.
- Deliver exceptional service with prompt and effective communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to solve operational deviations and search for solutions to avoid them in the future.
- Regular communication with hauliers for visibility on delivery/collection schedules and to relay any expected delays/failures to stakeholders with urgency.
- Monitor and capture OTIF/KPI performance ensuring partners are operating with SLA.
- Ensure that import / export compliances are adhered to.
- Reconcile invoices ensuring the invoiced amount is as per quoted rate or rate schedule.
- Investigate, query and log additional charges and penalties ensuring credits are passed and processed.
- Carry out tasks allocated from 3PL Stock and System’s remit.
- Accurate and on time completion of all other associated documentation.
- Assist with any other reasonable task requested by management.

**Health & Safety**
- Ensure that 3rd Party operates in a manner compliant with Beavertown's H&S policies and WoW.
- Raise and assist distribution team with near miss reporting.

**Metrics**
- Number of accidents through demonstrative management action (Non Conformance Reporting)
- 100% POD compliance to help ensure revenue collection
- Data capture & compliance

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- IT skills, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word - Essential.
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Professional organisational and planning capabilities
- Ability to handle and switch between multiple tasks
- Team player and positive attitude.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Enfield, EN3 7SP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
