Technical Trainer

We are currently looking for a Technical Trainer to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the Technical Trainer you will be responsible for evaluating and measuring training compliance within a GMP manufacturing environment.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Your duties as the Technical Trainer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will be responsible for the planning and prioritisation of tasks and activities to achieve the required outputs within the company.
2. The Technical Trainer will be able to communicate ideas & build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
3. It will be key to be resilient to change within a dynamic work environment.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in a science or education discipline.
2. Proven industry experience within a Pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment along with experience in developing and delivering training content.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience of cGMP and regulatory compliance is ideal. It is also beneficial to have practical experience operating laboratory based equipment such as pH meters, Balances, Chromatography columns etc.
