Kind, caring, reliable staff required for established Nursing home in Shirley.

An established, dedicated, long serving, staff team are looking for two other people to replace carers who have relocated to other areas.

Our carers help our residents complete all the things they can't by themselves, including going to the toilet, washing and bathing, mealtimes and meaningful activities.

No experience necessary, we will give training and good induction to people with the right values. We are a charitable organisation so we reinvest in our home not in shareholders pockets. We are well staffed and pay above minimum wage with extra for bank holidays.
