Thermal insulation contractors’ Association (TICA) are looking to grow its marketing team by adding the next aspiring content creator to the group. Offering a fantastic start salary of £18,000 with a range of fantastic benefits.

As an apprentice content creator, you will be creating podcasts, graphics, flyers and infographics as well as arranging and manging events across the UK. You will be supported day to day by the experienced team at TICA whilst being supported by your dedicated mentor at Baltic Apprenticeships.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day on the Job**:

- Creating content for social media posts - all platforms
- Arrange and manage events.
- Creating content for events such as graphics, flyers and infographics.
- Creating blogs, articles and in future press releases.
- Creating videos and podcasts
- Some over night stays are required for this role.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Creative thinking
- Interest in blogging and vlogging
- Someone who is interested in photo/videography.
- Understanding social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitter.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to speak to different audiences.
- A Grade 4/C in Maths and English or equivalent is required for this role
