**What is the role?**

The Estate Management Officer will assist the Head of Neighbourhood Services in the efficient and effective management of grounds maintenance and block management on our estates that are covered by the Regional Housing Services Team. They will work with grounds maintenance and cleaning contractors; carrying out quality checks on the work they do to ensure the environmental aspects and internal communal areas of our estates are monitored and managed to a good standard.

**Outcomes**
- To maintain the quality of both internal and external communal areas within the designated scope of responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective grounds maintenance service and management of internal communal areas.
- Work alongside customers to make improvements to communal areas, ensuring changes benefit our communities, customers, and the environment.
