**Role: Product Information Executive**

**Salary: £20,800 plus bonus**

**Location: Burnley**

**Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 40 hours with flexible working hours**

Tailor Made Sourcing are delighted to be exclusively recruiting a well-established company based in Burnley in their search for a Product Information Executive. Working within their Buying and Merchandising team, you will be responsible for the creationand maintenance of all products across all sales channels and to ensure that all product listings are presented to a high standard.

You will be analytical and organised, able to work at pace and handle multiple projects, possessing strong literacy and numerical skills.

**Roles and responsibilities;**
- Ensuring that all products which are available for sale are set up, maintained and optimised across the company’s various website brands as well as marketplaces accounts, using the in-house administration systems
- Working with the Merchandising team to ensure all product details are accurately and clearly displayed, to provide as much detail to the customer as possible
- Effectively manage workload and prioritise tasks to ensure that promotions are prepared in a timely manner and are launched on time, functioning correctly
- To follow agreed processes to make sure that minor image editing tasks are performed (e.g. cropping/re-sizing), relevant images, videos and PDF’s are uploaded across all channels
- To ensure compliance with all company policies and processes and adhere to the team’s documented processes
- To work flexibly, undertaking any other responsibilities or tasks that are commensurate with the salary of the post and are within the employee's range of skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed
- Have strong Excel skills
- Internet literate with some knowledge of eCommerce (desirable)
- Be accurate analytically minded with strong attention to detail
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask
- The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
- Positive attitude and keen to learn
- Drive and determination to succeed
