Excellent customer service is vital in this role. You must be able to demonstrate confidence when liaising with customers, ensuring their needs and requirements are at the forefront of everything we do.

The role

You will work as part of a busy fast paced team, where you will answer phones, greet customers, and carry out light admin duties. You should have outstanding customer service skills, good organisational skills. Training of our software and the role will be given.

5 day / 6 day week including alternate Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
