Our industry expertise spans across Automotive, Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, Space, and Industrial clients. What sets us apart is our ability to operate to AS9100D (aerospace) and IATF:16949 (automotive) standards simultaneously across our site, showcasing our commitment to delivering the highest quality products.

To support our growth and meet customer demands, we're introducing a nightshift, allowing our machine shop to operate 24/5. As part of this expansion, we're offering exciting opportunities for experienced CNC Machinists to join us across all shifts. Our 70,000 sqft facility, located on a 7-acre site in Derby, is a testament to our commitment to continual investment. The facility boasts a well-organised layout, efficient process-flow, and exceptional cleanliness. To keep our team energised, we offer a subsidised canteen serving hot meals for breakfast and lunch daily.

As a CNC Machinist at Pentaxia, you'll be a key member of our machine shop team, actively involved in creating, developing, and proving out CNC programs. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery, including 3 CMS machines (one with MSP probing capability), 2 HAAS 3-axis, and 1 HAAS 5-axis UMC100SS (metallics).

**Job Opportunities and Shift Patterns**:
Permanent Days:

- Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 16:00, Friday 7:30-12:30 (37 hours) - up to £14.48 P/H

Split Shifts:

- Mornings: Monday to Thursday 06:30-15:00, Friday 6:30-11:30
- Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 15:00-23:30, Friday 11:30-16:30
- 2 weeks on - 2 weeks off (37 hours) - up to £17.42 P/H _(inclusive of shift premium)_

We're looking for CNC Machinists who possess a drive to get things done efficiently and accurately, a positive attitude, and excellent team player skills.

In return, we offer competitive pay, 25 days holiday, auto enrolment into our pension scheme from day 1 and an early Friday finish.
