EF is searching for a **Residence Coordinator** for our summer school on the Isle of Wight. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in a large international organisation.

In this role you will assume overall responsibility for the smooth running of the residence with the aim to ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

**Your key tasks will consist of, but are not limited to**:

- Planning and managing student arrivals and departures
- Liaising closely with catering and residence suppliers
- Allocating accommodation to students and EF staff
- Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness and comfort
- Creating staff rotas for meal and night duties
- Welfare and discipline
- Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.

- Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leader
- Capable of using your own initiative
- Have the right to live and work in the country of employment
- Complete fluency in English

**Full training will be given prior to contract start date.**

**Who will you be working with?**
- On the Island we deliver both activities and academics to our young travellers. Our team consists of **Activity Leaders, Language Teachers** and **Summer Management Team** that are supported by an experienced senior management team. We are a mix of both local and international staff with a lot of experience between us.
