**About the role**:
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking experienced Hygiene Operatives at our site in Westhoughton. Working across a Monday - Friday shift, you will take full ownership of the sites hygiene requirements, conducting in-depth cleaning of the factory and machinery. You’ll uphold the highest standards and fully understand how imperative the hygiene procedure is within the factory at all times.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Cleaning all surfaces as required according to the factory hygiene schedules
- Use site approved chemical in accordance with site based training
- Logging and reporting to site supervisors any issues with factory processing or hygiene equipment
- Highlight any issues that may affect food safety or quality during cleaning schedules

**A little about you**:

- Previous experience of factory/process equipment cleaning
- Experience of following CIC’s and completing sign-off records
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of COSHH (previous certification would be advantageous)
- Previous experience using industrial cleaning equipment

This role will operate across **Monday - Friday** rotating weekly. Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Friday’s 06:00-13:00 and 13:00-20:00. There are times when you will be required to be flexible to help cover holidays/absences on other shift patterns.
