**The Role**:
Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to provide support and assistance in all aspects of their role.

This role requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including work teams, clients and customers. The person who fulfils this role must be highly organised and able to work under pressure whilstmaintaining a calm and positive demeanour.

The role is predominantly office based but may progress to include some site visits.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage (where required) the calendar of the Senior Contracts Manager
- Update Company and Client systems with project data
- Prepare schedules/estimates ready for completion by the Senior Contracts Manager
- Arrange pre-start meetings
- Provide point of contact for the customers and clients
- Draft project documentation, including Risk Assessments, Construction Phase Plans and Health & Safety Files
- Compile Site Files
- Carry out site inspections if/as required
- Monitor and update the Labour Tracker
- Obtain supplier quotations and place orders and assist with processing invoices
- Monitor variations to the work and prepare variation schedules
- Monitor financial status of the jobs and request interim payment requests
- Assist with chasing debt

**Experience and skills**:
Essential
- Experience within an administrative role
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel

Desirable
- Experience working within insured building repairs
- Customer service qualification
- Qualification related to construction or the built environment
