**An internship in Asset Management (AM) is more than a summer job. **The Purpose of This Role**

**The Value You Deliver**
- Partnering with Fidelity Business Operations teams to support and drive forward impactful initiatives for Asset Management
- Create a positive work environment that reflects Fidelity’s values of integrity, excellence, and one unified team
- Conceptualize technology-driven automation solutions and secure buy-in on the approach based on sound reasoning and a consideration of alternatives

**The Skills that are Key to this role**
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written) and experience facilitating large, cross
- functional design or strategic working sessions
- Comfortable adapting to new and changing business areas and taking initiative to drive projects forward and deliver value in a complex, cross-functional working environment
- Ability to work successfully as a team player as well as autonomously and with some ambiguity

**Technical**
- Able to take features from initial concept through design and implementation
- Interest for Data Engineering, Data Analytics and leveraging BI solutions
- Interest in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies
- Example of recurrent task: Automating extraction/transformation of an ad-hoc dataset (Python scripting / Airflow) and expose data to the end user (PowerApps)

**Characteristics**
- Shares knowledge and is transparent and vocal about areas of opportunity
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to analyze business direction and problems, understand long term vision and risk in developing strategic technical solutions
- Works closely with business stakeholders to implement recommendations
