Job Overview:
Join our team as a Chippy and contribute to the success of our construction projects. As a Chippy, you will play a vital role in crafting and assembling various wooden structures, ensuring precision and quality in every task.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
- Interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions to construct frameworks, cabinets, furniture, and other wooden structures
- Install structures such as windows, doors, staircases, and moldings
- Repair or replace damaged wooden components
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chippy or similar role in carpentry
- Proficient in using woodworking tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical dexterity and ability to lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in carpentry work

Pay: £17,407.82-£58,900.70 per year
