With a focus on fostering the cycling community, Rapha seeks a Membership and Marketing Assistant to support the RCC Global Manager and contribute to the dynamic marketing and social media initiatives.

The Membership and Marketing Assistant role encompasses providing support to the RCC network, managing internal and external communications and operational administration, and assisting the Social Media & Global PR Managers with content and PR activities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Membership**
- Support RCC manager team operations and administration, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to RCC governance guidelines.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with regional teams, ensuring operational and administrative support for RCC activities globally.
- Execute marketing orders and assist with social media engagement and postings
- Project manage RCC-related initiatives, including event support and content creation, to drive community engagement.
- Streamline processes and implement efficiency measures within RCC and marketing operations.

**Marketing**
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Global PR Manager on Rapha content creation, marketing orders, brand campaigns, and event support.
- Support in maintaining media databases and press kit development.
- Assist the Social Media Manager with athletes and ambassadors, facilitate UGC content creation, and manage sample distribution.
- Assist with event coordination, marketing orders, and content scheduling for RCC initiatives.

**Skills**
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about the Rapha brand and cycling community.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on execution and attention to detail.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, adept at building relationships across different cultures, time zones and nationalities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage a dynamic workload and diverse projects.
- Persistent and committed to achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or community engagement is desirable, but not required.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools is desirable but not required
- Keen interest in cycling and a desire to contribute to the Rapha community vision.
