CNC Toolmaker

Tooltech are a design and manufacture based company working within the aerospace and power generation industry. Tooltech are an advanced manufacturing company producing low volume components to the highest standard.

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to recruit a keen and motivated Toolmaker.

The role will involve working closely within a team environment, so good communication skills are essential. This role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual
- Use CNC machinery, 3 & 5 axis as well as Manual Machines when required (milling machines, lathes, surface grinders etc.)
- Assemble tooling to a high standard
- Inspect all work to drawings
- Work closely with the design team
- Opportunities to grow within the company with further training provided

**Required Skills**:

- Background in engineering is essential
- Experience with Heidenhain controls would be a benefit but not essential.
- Experience with manual machines (milling machines, lathes, surface grinders etc.)
- Assembly skills are essential
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work to tight tolerances
- Good communicational skills are essential
- Experience in aerospace or power generation sectors would be beneficial

**Working Hours/Benefits**
- 38 hour flat week
- 7.00am - 15.30pm Monday - Thursday
- 7.00am - 13.00pm Friday
- Overtime available at 1.5 x hourly rate
- Pension scheme in place

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £31,600.00-£35,500.00 per year
