Call Handler

Hours - Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm with a rotational weekend rota (1 in 6)
£25,000 + an additional £2,080 p.a for weekends

Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.

**This role will focus on: -**
- To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
- Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
- Successfully meet customer ETA.
- Experience in a similar role
- Previous geographical routing experience
- Good communicator
- Good level of computer literacy
