Property Claims Handler

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a Property Claims handler. We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent Customer Service, organised, pro-active, quick-thinking and great at problem solving. Previous experience with handling property damage claims is essential.
**Job Specification**:
- Understand Legislation around property damage claims
- Taking claims from the scene - handling cradle to grave
- Liaising with engineers and third parties - Resilience in dealing with challenging customers
- Liaising with all departments/managers to obtain relevant information
- Investigating and handling claims in an efficient manner
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to work independently
- Loading all claims onto internal system
- Raising payments for claims
- Ability to pay attention to detail/accuracy
- Maintain balance of work to ensure cost effective and timely settlement of all claims
**You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**:
- Background or Experience in an Administrative Role (minimum 6 months)
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- PC Literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communications skills (Orally and Written)
- Understanding of Property Damage claims and their processes
