**It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria**:
- Experience of working with vulnerable persons and/or communities
- Able to proactively develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns, demonstrating good team working skills
- Problem solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect and develop a course of action designed to target root causes as well as manage impacts
- Possess good time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan own workload
- Skilled in the use of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases to fulfil role requirement
- Ability to attend and pass a one-day DDE training course at the College of Policing and Police National Database (PND) training course
- Ability to travel throughout the County as required
**It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria**:
- Possess a good working knowledge of issues affecting vulnerable communities with an understanding of available support agencies and referral pathways
- Experience of working in a multi
- agency environment
Hours of work are 37 per week Monday to Friday. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
Consideration will be given to whether the post can be delivered on either a part time or job share basis, in line with the organisational requirements of this role.
