**This is a full time, permanent position, working 37 hours per week between a working window of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday**

**The role is based at Bradford, currently hybrid arrangement**

**What will the role involve?**

You will be responsible for the commercial management of the Water Services Agreement plus other networks related frameworks and contracts as required. This encompasses an annual spend of c.£100m. The frameworks cover a breadth of services and provision of goods including repair and maintenance of the water network, provision of meters, supply of pipes and fittings, etc.

You will provide commercial advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders and will ensure that robust contract management processes and procedures are developed together with the production of accessible and accurate framework reports to support internal and external parties. You will play a key role in contract management at Yorkshire Water, this is critical in terms of performance commitment delivery, customer experience and overall business reputation. You will have a focus on working collaboratively to outperform.

You will support delivery of health and safety, performance commitments, service, value, and compliance through the effective and efficient contract management. This includes the administration of frameworks and contract with a focus on specification clauses; variations; risks, quality of workmanship and the overall commercial and service interests needs of the customers, stakeholders, and the business.

**What skills are we looking for?**

A strong communicator you will be able to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and work collaboratively. A strong team player you will have excellent decision-making skills and be highly organised to manage your own workload effectively.

You will be numerate, have good data handling and analysis skills and be able to compile, assess, interpret and communicate complex data.

A working knowledge of standard forms of contract such as NEC would be desirable.
