We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic members of staff to work in our recently refurbished café, working mainly weekends on a casual relief basis. For this you will be paid £11.59 per hour.

You will have a strong customer service background within a catering environment with an ability to liaise with colleagues to ensure the highest level of service is achieved. You will work with the Café Manager to devise and implement continuous improvement of the café offer including achieving excellence in the coffee provision and a high quality homemade food offer.

To be successful in this post, you will have a high degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm and the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will also be expected to work without the direct supervision of the Café Manager on occasion.
