Operations Administrator

Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading organisation based on the outskirts of Watford. This well established company are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their expanding team. This opportunity would suit someonewho has previous administration experience, good customer service skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
This position will initially be office based, after a successful probation period, there will be an opportunity to hybrid work.
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Some of the duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Processing customer orders through to invoicing
- Managing customer deliveries including rescheduling where necessary
- Ordering trial samples for customers
- Providing administrative support as required
- Keeping inhouse system updated
- Working well as part of a team
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Good team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Driver is preferred due to location
- Some SAP experience would be desirable but not essential
- Great communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
