Working Foreman

Job Overview:
Gillingham (Dorset)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our team. As a Working Foreman your duties will include
- Day to day management of site
- Reading and implementing drawings while pushing project to completion with deadlines
- Working along side ground workers and ensuring H&S adhered to site paper work completed.

**Experience**:
SSSTS - Preferred

CPCS

Pipe laying, deep drainage and ground works experience is a must.
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and clients
- Proficient in reading drawings and interpreting construction plans
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
