Harvest and Orchard Hand

This role is being advertised with a start date of 11 September 2023. We are offering a varied role, which will help our company harvest, transport and press apples into juice to ferment and become cider.

Main responsibilities will be:

- Operating self propelled apple harvester (experience of agricultural machinery preferred - not essential for this machine)
- Tractor driving and trailer haulage
- Pressing assistance (experience not necessary, training provided)
- Orchard maintenance (56 acres)
- Morning warehouse duties including sorting and packing orders (mínimal to role 1 hour in mornings)
- General warehouse assistance/jobs

For this role we are looking for a proactive and outgoing individual to join our small team to produce cider for 2024. We have a large warehouse which holds hundreds of thousands of litres of cider and hundreds of thousands of bottles of cider. Our orchards are located roughly 10 minutes from the warehouse.

We are a close team who all muck in together. Driving licence is essential.

Pay negotiable depending on experience.

28 days holiday per annum. Flexi hours possible with a relaxed view on time off.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
