**Are you available immediately to work on a full-time basis, minimum of 30 hours a week?**:
Our client is based in a modern, award-winning office block in central York, and is looking for an experienced, capable and confident cleaning supervisor to work with and oversee staff.

The role will be a minimum of 30 hours a week. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 3.30pm - 9.00pm and one morning a week 7.30am - 10.00am.

This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential of longer and the possibility of the role becoming permanent.

The rate of pay is £12.77 per hour, plus night enhancements and paid weekly.

**Duties will include**:

- Management and supervision of individuals and cleaning team, including co-ordinating cover/rotas.
- Being the initial point of contact for Managers, Directors, and senior staff within the organisation for all cleaning issues on site and external clients as well.
- Being responsible for managing the cleaning budget and stock control and audits for all the sites.
- Recruiting, training, and inducting new cleaners and where necessary working with cleaners on areas where standards have not been achieved.
