We have a Café and Bar on the premises and are seeking to hire dynamic, ambitious and energetic Café and Bar Staff, to join our Hospitality team.

The Café and Bar at Freemasons’ Hall serves both the membership and the public and we have ambitions to grow the business to its maximum extent.

**Purpose of the Job**:
The purpose of the job will be to greet, serve and look after customers. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation. Knowledge of food preparation and baking of items.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and serving drinks
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment and seating areas.
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Handling and preparation of food items
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Observe relevant health and safety standards
- Plus, any other reasonable duties

**Working hours**:
Shifts of 11:30am till 22:45pm and 13:30pm till 22:45pm.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
