Farrans Construction is on the lookout for an accounts clerk to join our finance team.

**As an Account Clerk you will be responsible for**:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Processing Goods Received Notes through computerised accounting system, matching to purchase order and invoice
- Resolution of missing GRNs - Resolution of order queries with buyers and site staff
- Coding of invoices
- Ensuring adherence to control procedures
- Other general office duties as required

**Your required Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience processing invoices
- Grade C or equivalent in GCSE English and Maths
- High level of proficiency with the suite of MS Office packages.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Strong work ethic
- Self-Motivated and willing to take responsibility
- Able to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment
- Strong Communication Skills (Written & verbal)
