Lettings Administrator

In a Lettings administration job, you are responsible for creating all the paperwork alongside our team of lettings negotiators to help tenants move into new homes to rent and helping landlords rent their properties - this will involve reference and credit checks, administrative paperwork, deposit registration, ensuring landlords meet health and safety requirements, organising maintenance and raising invoices. All in all, it’s a largely varied job that will require good organisational skills and great team work.
Key Activities:
Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate
Applicant care in line with company procedures
Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Property Management (when required)
Registering applicants on the phone and walk-ins
Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
Organising lettings paperwork as instructed by the Lettings Manager
**Personal Specification**
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 months recent experience within an adminstration role
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus
Desire to meet and exceed targets
MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence
Must be ambitious and highly motivated
Excellent organisational and planning skills
We are looking for individuals to maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on while pushing the business forward to expand and grow even further. Admin experience of a minimum of 6 months is essential and there is huge potential for career progression through internal and external training to become a negotiator or possibly a valuer in the longer term.
**Job Types**: Full time - Monday to Friday with every other Saturday with a lieu day taken on a Tuesday or Tuesday to Saturday each week if this suited better.
**Salary**: £18,500.00-£19,500.00 per year
