up to £14,664 dependent on experience

**You will**:
To manage the clinic diaries of the physiotherapy team, booking appointments accurately and maintaining the diaries and room rota for the team.
To complete accurate and timely invoicing of all physiotherapy activity, dealing with customer queries and taking payments and or insurance details.
To provide administrative assistance across a range of areas, such as photocopying, filing/archiving, sorting post, etc.
To look to improve processes and working methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
To complete electronic and/or manual data entry / record keeping and retrieve simple data in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed standards.
To create all other administrative tasks, as directed by team membersHelping you feel good.
