**Recruitment Resourcer - Maternity Cover**

We are looking for a **Recruitment Resourcer** for maternity cover and to join our team covering the West Midlands and South West.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you are required to support recruitment for all roles advertised as available via 24-7 Recruitment Services Ltd - including full time/employees.

You will work closely with our operational team to manage sourcing, interviewing and onboarding processes.

The aim of a Recruitment Resourcer is to ensure the effective management of employment procedures to satisfy a company's hiring needs.

*Please note, you will be required to regularly travel between sites so applicants** MUST** be able to drive and have suitable transport*

**Shift and Pay Information for Recruitment Resourcer**:

- Monday to Friday (8-4pm, 8.30-4.30pm or 9-5pm)
- 40 hours per week
- 12 weeks probation
- Potential partial work from home
- This role requires you to drive between sites and you will have a travel allowance.
- £22,000-£26,000 per annum (experience dependant) maternity cover - could lead to another role in the future.

**Duties of a Resourcer**:

- Responsible for all aspects of Recruitment Support for the business internally, as well as for our clientele.
- Ensuring that you are knowledgeable of the sites you are responsible for, to effectively advertise, recruit, resource and support all sites necessary.
- Have excellent communication with site teams and ensuring you work closely with the Regional Manager in regards to forecasts to support the build up in recruitment spikes.
- Attend sites to provide onboarding support, including pre-screening, interview selection, and conducting interviews and inductions.
- Liaise with the site Contract Managers to determine the level of recruitment support required.
- Assist with the delivery of sales leads from all sites in your remit to the sales team to determine attendance, response and failure metrics which must then be reported directly to the Operations Director.

- Previous experience of both in person and telephone interviews and pre interview screening.
- Previous 360 recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with social media and the prominent professional job boards.
- A working knowledge of CANVA is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Good sales skills, sales experience is preferable.
- Full UK driving licence plus suitable transport
