**Senior Employment Solicitor**

**What You’re Looking For**:
A dynamic, ambitious and expanding award winning firm, who provide a range of services to corporate and private clients across the UK and Europe.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for a brilliant Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a thriving Employment Team, working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Responsibilities**:

- General employment advisory work
- Become well-networked in the local business community
- Support a senior partner and senior solicitor with a comprehensive case-load, whilst also running own cases, including predominantly respondent files with some claimant work.

**Qualities you possess;**
- Relevant Professional Qualification minimum 1 + years PQE
- Strong legal skills in Employment setting
- Previous employment within a respondent employment law environment is preferred
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law preferred
- A strong academic record is preferred

**Nice to have**:

- A measured and rational approach to problem-solving
- Ability to deliver under pressure and maintain a high level of performance in assigned areas of work
- Flexibility to respond quickly and effectively.
