IBP are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst** - **Network Engineer to join a busy and growing team. This role will be based from the Office in Calne, Wiltshire. The role will provide the right individual with an interestingand varied job where the majority of their time will be spent working with the Service Desk, with opportunities to assist the Project Team and Onsite Technicians.

Working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Friday with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

**Main Duties:**
- Monitor inbound calls
- Support the Service Desk in service resolution
- Support Project team on engineering activities
- Provide adhoc cover/assistance the local school onsite technician
- Provide onsite support where necessary

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum of one year experience in an IT support role
- Educated to diploma level or suitable equivalent experience in IT
- Strong Networking Skills
- IT Hardware/software awareness
- Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server OS
- Microsoft Office 365 experience, inc. SharePoint
- Google Workspace (preferable)
- Awareness of ITIL
- IT troubleshooting and problem resolving skills
- Good standard of oral and written communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Able to advise clients over the phone
- Strong networking skills (HP Aruba preferred)
- IT Degree or equivalent experience/qualification - Desirable
- Evidence of supporting large numbers of staff
- Experience of an ITIL service environment
- Awareness of help desk software - Desirable
- Able to provide support within a Windows/Google environment
- School MIS (SIMS/Schoolbase/Bromcom/Arbor) - Desirable
- Microsoft SCCM and related Management & deployment products - Desirable
- VMware ESX vSphere administration - Desirable
- Apple Device Management via ASM/ABM - Desirable
