**Requirements**:
- Child/Adult DBS on Update Service.
- UK Passport/Right to Work (skilled worker VISA's need not apply)
- Minimum 1 year in-UK Support Work experience.
- Learning Disabilities Support experience essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct assessments to identify learning disabilities and needs
- Develop personalized support plans
- Provide academic assistance and adapt teaching methods
- Teach life skills for daily living
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Advocate for individuals within educational settings
