- willing to learn and support all aspects of the operations from cleaning through to operating the automated facility
- able to work in warm and humid climate-controlled conditions
- willing to assist in researching and developing improved production techniques related to breeding and growing
- at an advantage if they have any experience or qualifications in entomology and/or intensive livestock farming

**Responsibilities**:

- work hands on with in an intensive farming environment
- manage all activities related to growing and breeding
- work with the CEO to research and implement improvements in breeding and production efficiencies, including genetics and nutrition
- operate, maintain, inspect equipment/facilities and troubleshoot solutions
- prepare feed formulations
- oversee cleaning and maintaining the facility and equipment to a high standard
- meet all regulatory and legal requirements for the facility, operations and sales
- maintain all records and log data related to inputs, production, outputs, stocks, performance metrics and health and safety
- any other duties as directed by the CEO
- work unsupervised and be responsible for operations

**Qualifications**:
Relevant Degree Environmental Science, biology, Zoology, Entomology or other, however experience is more important.

Any relevant Health and safety certification is a significant advantage
