We are recruiting **Rentolease** are looking for a self motivated, flexible full time **Property Advisor** to work in our busy **Prestwick ** **Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm**.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Ayrshire larges property firms. The role will be a mixture of in office work and out of office appointments. Good administration and organisation skills required as well as being a team player and able to work alone. Full training will be given.
The job will include arranging, carrying out and reporting on:
- PAT testing
- Legionella risk assessments
- Property inspections, inventories and viewings
- Exit checks and site visits.
- Lease signing and move ins
- Property marketing
Previous property and office experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Full clean driving licence required.
