An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of a small team supporting a large department of 1600 staff.

Working with the Lead Officer of Operational Training (Environment) the post holder will co-develop and deliver a range of core Operational Learning & Development programmes including; Driver CPC, Driver Training, Street Works regulations, Plant Operational training and other core programmes as appropriate and be involved in a range of other related Learning & Development activities.

Applicants should have recent experience of delivering Operational health and safety based training, be passionate about improving health and safety practice and have extensive experience of developing, facilitating and delivering training course programmes, with excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with confidence with a range of staff.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
