Opulent Living is a newly established growing business. We are currently looking for a reliable and detail focused Air b&b cleaner to join us. This would be suitable for someone working self employed at the moment and looking to increase their client portfolio with regular weekly work in Preston.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces and mopping.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately in bin stores.
- Changing bed linens and making beds to a neat hotel standard (we can provide additional training on this if needed).
- Be open to washing and ironing linens on occasion.
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing supplies.
- Following cleaning schedules and ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Following app based instructions including taking photos and signing off jobs as complete.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Essentials:

- Previous experience in making beds to a high hotel like standard.
- Previous experience lone working and working on own initiative.
- Driving license with access to own vehicle.
