**(Trainee) Caster/Factory Operative**

**Salary**: £12 per hour

**Hours**:45 hours a week, 9 x hrs a day 6am to 3pm & includes 1 hour paid break daily

**Holidays**:21 days paid holiday plus 8 x statutory Bank Holidays

**Location**:Earls Colne, between Braintree, Halstead, and Colchester in Essex

**About the Role**

We are looking for the right person to join our team, no previous experience is needed as full on the job training will be given.

You will be working as part of a small team, and you will need to be physically fit to be able to fulfil this position as going up and down flights of stairs casting is a daily routine.
