**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Qualified Beauty & Holistic Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a vital member of our team, you will provide a wide range of beauty and holistic treatments, ensuring the utmost care and attention to detail. Your role will contribute to our reputation as an award-winning salon, and you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while enhancing their well-being and confidence through exceptional services.

This role requires availability to work on Saturdays, offering flexible hours during the week to suit your work/life balance. As a therapist, we highly encourage room for training and advancement to provide the newest trends and innovative services to our area. Training will be provided by the company to develop new skills and techniques suited to our industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty and holistic treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and more. Including mini treatments to suit our Kid’s Pamper Party services.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, concerns, and preferences, and provide expert recommendations on suitable treatments and aftercare.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism in the treatment room, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and holistic industry, continually expanding your knowledge and skill set.
- Actively engage with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service, attention to care and personalised treatments to suit client needs.
- Effectively communicate and educate clients on the benefits of various treatments and effective uses of our Eve Taylor London retail products to maintain skin and body care.
- Collaborate with the team to create a harmonious and positive salon environment, supporting one another and ensuring smooth operations.
- Embrace training and development opportunities provided by the salon to enhance your skills and advance within your career.
- Proactively contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting salon space.
- Developing personal portfolio to showcase and advertise skills via social media.

**Qualifications, Skills & Requirements**:

- Qualification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Qualification in Spa Therapy OR Holistic Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in delivering a wide range of beauty and holistic treatments, showcasing exceptional technical skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest trends, techniques, and products within the beauty and holistic therapy industry.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and provide comprehensive treatment explanations.
- A genuine passion for beauty and holistic therapies, demonstrated through dedication and enthusiasm.
